Change things. Don't just survive them.
That's the WestGate mission. We build infrastructure that lets risk-averse enterprises modernize the systems they can't afford to break. Churchill contains config drift, external attacks, and insider threats by design, and keeps critical systems compliant as legacy modernization pressure mounts. It installs in moments, manages simply, and handles the rest.
Every unapproved action is diverted, recorded, and logged. Over time, our customers grow their own threat intelligence, specific to their systems and no one else's, built from exactly what was attempted against them.
The team has worked together for years on flagship executive projects. The history is real.
Twenty-two years of practitioner experience behind the mission.
Cheryl Westgate refined this mission (governance at the mandatory passage point, repair before enforce) across four roles before founding WestGate Data Science. The mission is hers. Churchill is the first product built on it.
Built by the people who hold the mission.
Five co-founders. Two engineers. Every member chosen for what they bring to the architecture, the operations, or the rooms we need to be in.
Founder of WestGate Data Science. Twenty-two years applying the mission across banking, finance, healthcare, EMS, and global supply chain. Led multi-million-dollar large-scale projects at every step, refining the mission that became Churchill's Protocol. Has served on multiple boards across these industries.
IBM Certified Executive Architect. Led the architectural development and launch of IBM LinuxONE. One of fewer than ten people globally holding his certification combination. Architected Churchill's kernel-level enforcement layer from the ground up. Architect of the mirror envelope.
Decades of executive operations management in critical industries: healthcare, EMS, and concept-to-operational launch. Board experience across multiple organizations. Extensive government contracting background, including winning RFPs in EMS. Worked alongside Cheryl and Ken on healthcare and EMS flagship projects. Runs the company day-to-day across investor pipeline, partnership operations, and design partner engagement.
Senior Director of Venture Development at Wayne State University and Adjunct Professor of Pharmacology. PhD in Cardiovascular Physiology. Former scientist and director in Pfizer's clinical cardiovascular group, where he oversaw drug development programs through FDA approval. Mayor of Farmington Hills, Michigan 2015-2019 and a sitting City Council member since 2003. Harvard Kennedy School Taubman Fellow.
Brought in on a prior project to independently evaluate and scrutinize Cheryl's results. The mission held up under his review. He joined WestGate Data Science as Co-Founder, Chief Strategic Officer, and Board Chair, and leads funding strategy and investor relations.
Thrive Foundation for Youth Professor of Organizational Behavior at Stanford Graduate School of Business. PhD in Psychology from Stanford, mentored by Amos Tversky. Co-author of four New York Times bestsellers: Made to Stick, Switch, Decisive, and The Power of Moments. Led the $1.3M pre-seed round. Board Advisor.

30-day kernel offensive
- 31 offensive kernel researchers
- 40 autonomous AI sessions, full root from start
- 200+ attack techniques attempted
- $10K bounty. Unclaimed
- 0 kernel breaches
Frontier AI
- 29 sessions documented
- 11.3 cumulative hours of adversarial activity
- 406,433 enforcement decisions
- 3+ sessions starting with full root
- 22 tamper actions during root sessions. All blocked
100% containment. Zero persistent modifications. Zero exfiltration.
